ABOUT THE TRAINER:

Syed Ahmed  is a professional Personal and Business Development coach  who has many years of experience in sales over the phone from  closing £1 to £100,000+ deals. Syed has experience in selling small and big products and services to multi-cultural clients all over the world. He has more than 16 years of experience on the phone, from Customer Service and Sales Executive to Sales Manager and eventually Business Development Coach.

Working as a Collections Advisor for a large Bank and then for most of his sales career as a Broker with many companies, Syed knows both; hard and soft ways of persuading and influencing clients.

In his personal life Syed has completed many challenges like running marathons; New York, Paris, London and he has pushed himself  in achieving results in other areas of his life.  He knows a lot about discipline, preparation and getting results. He has proven this by helping individuals and companies in taking their business and personal lives to the next level.

Syed is sure that sales is not an art but a skill that can (and must) be learned.
