We do not have a physical shop. All tangible items will be sent to your shipping address (you define it during payment).
If agreed beforehand we can also bring items to our Training Center (located at Väike-karja 7, Tallinn, Estonia), so that you can pick up your purchased items from there.
Prices and payment options
All prices in our online shop are in Euro.
We also accept Visa, MacterCard, American Express credit cards and Paypal.
SSL, MasterCard SecureCode, Verified by Visa codes are used during payment transaction, so we do not see any credit card details input by a client. Client is being transferred to a secure Nets Estonia portal where his card details are being stored in a database. We can contact a client by email or phone number provided to use if we experience technical issues or if we run out of items the client has purchased from our shop.
Payment confirmation and shipment
After a payment is successful, client receives and email with confirmation. In case of virtual goods, they will be shipped as a downloadable link via email.
In case of tangible items, we ship them in 2 days after receiving payment to client’s shipping address. For that we use Omniva shipping company. Shipping price is added to the item price during payment process, when client is entering shipping address.
Please contact us to find out shipping options to other countries. Please notice that you might have to pay additional tax if ordering from outside of European Union.
Purchasing tickets and registration to events
Ticket to events are virtual goods. We use electronic named tickets. By default the payer becomes the attendee. If you are buying ticket for someone else, please enter his/her details (Name, Surname, Email and Phone number) in the “comments” field. After the payment is successful, we add attendee names to our database. And welcome to our events!
You cannot return virtual items (like downloadable books, event tickets or membership subscription).
We accept returns for tangible items for 7 days after delivery only if they are broken during delivery or have flaws.
In order to return item, please contact us by email@example.com and describe the reason of return. We will send you shipping address and replace your purchased item with a new one. In case we do not have similar products, we will refund you.
